Consultations may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. We understand that schedules change and will work with you to find a convenient alternative time.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that consultation services rendered cannot be refunded, but we will work to address any concerns.
Completed consultation sessions, personalized style guides, and custom wardrobe plans are non-refundable as they represent delivered professional services and intellectual property.
